Best for the price.

 

These are good for tech support or customer service.I have used them on two different jobs so far and no issues just plug and play.If I upgrade I may look to logitech for a more comfortable higher end pair next time as these worked out quite well

Simple mute button clear responsive mic

As with any headset 8+ hours of use will make your ears hot and a little itchy from time to time with prolonged usage.Not a problem for the casual user or if just using for a few hours but long shifts kinda eh

Works Fine

 

I appreciated the easy installation: plug it in and it works. (On a Windows 7 Dell laptop docking station.)

I find the headset very comfortable; smooth-surface ear pads are better than foam for me. The microphone boom works left side or right and its shape is adjustable to put it where you prefer alongside your face. Sounds fine. Controls on an inline gadget...

None, so far.

“Prima headset”

 

Prima headset. Goed geluid, prima ruisonderdrukking. Of je mono of stereo wilt, is een persoonlijke smaak, denk ik. Plug and play, dus werkt direct. Moest alleen even wennen aan het (nep-)leren stofje op het oor.

“Net wat we nodig hadden.”

 

Waarschijnlijk zullen er wel headsets zijn die nog beter zijn maar voor deze prijs denk ik dat ik er geen betere kon vinden. De installatie liep van een leien dakje, maar dat is met de meeste Logitech producten zo dus ik verwachtte eigenlijk niet...

Werkt naadloos samen met de softphone software die we kregen van onze telefoonprovider ; Was echt plug & play ; Geluidskwaliteit is top ; Draad is lang genoeg en geeft de gebruiker genoeg bewegingsvrijheid ; Prijs valt enorm mee

Prima product, ook onder LInux. Alleen onder Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) werkt de "hoorn" knop niet.
