The outer shell had a small dent in the bottom corner but no big deal at all

The fresh air vent control rattles ; Slide a toothpick or some other kind of a shim under the fresh air control

Cools off the 500 sq ft first floor of my house nicely. I picked it up for $160 and it normally goes for $300

This baby will likely run up your electric bill. Very short warranty, but at this price I was almost tempted to buy a spare

12,000 BTU for less than $200. This thing had never been installed. The copper coils were all shiny and bright, they are just now tarnished 3 weeks after installation. There are better and quieter units, but not for $200

UPS... Beat it up a bit. My rubber hammer fixed that. Think I'll use it on the UPS guy next time... I think they are not happy to have to handle heavy packages, and they take it out on the item
