AMCOR is out of business so there is no warranty- don't buy this, you can't get help or replacement parts. Worked well for a while but when it broke, was stuck.

Works well in the 500 sqft East facing room downstairs but can't quite keep up with the 500 sqft South facing (vaulted) room upstairs. Upstairs it maintained a 17°F temperature reduction (from outside).

could have done a better job of venting trough the wal.l

The thermostat is supposed to operate over a 5 degree range...setting + 5 degrees but it just operates at the top of the range. It seems very noisey but otherwise it woks well.

This thing cools pretty well. It is small and the fact that you don't have to drain it is nice (Nanomax). My only complaint is the noise.....I wish it had 3 speeds, not 2.

I bought this product for my business. I love it. It does everything it said it would and cools a 500 sq ft room.

can't cool a room with 150 sq ft. it is imposiable a 12000Btu AC! less power than a 5000 window AC.

Can't do 400 sq feet as stated, its a ideal air conditioner for about 275sq ft-300sq ft, its also a bit noisey
