No bad points to add other than I would have liked if there was other colours you could get it in and not just in White, plus the included drain tube is very short, so I need to buy another one if I want to use continuous drainage.

2 faulty units in 10 months

Highly effective cooling from air-con. Seems solidly built. Reasonable price.

First example lasted five minutes! Not exactly quiet. Even low speed fan is pretty breezy.

Ease of controls and stable once positioned

A little on the heavy side and the vent tube sometimes doesn't screw properly and tight enough, into the unit, after 3 turns. Noisey, although it has been positioned on a flat, hard surface. Haven't tried it in sleep mode yet but would think it would...

Cools very quickly

Fan can be a bit noisy

Fit for purpose. Keeps the children cool during the hot days

Needs a longer pipe

Good unit that's quite powerful - can cool a room quickly

Quite loud, you wouldn't want to sleep whilst it's working

Strong and fast air conditioning - does what you expect.

Heater isn't the best, but I saw this more as a bonus feature.
