So far this product is excellent. I have a 2-story colonial house and it is keeping the entire downstairs cool at temperature outside in the mid 80s.

Bonus room does'nt get cool enough during the summer or hot enough in the winter. This summer we can feel the difference. Instead of blow in insulation in the attic we saved a lot of money.
