Kelvinator has poor service and support after installation, im extremely disappointed with this product would not recommend purchase of the kwh39hrb air conditioning wall unit. The box had no signs of been tampered with or any signs of a dropped box...

Our company is very happy with the 3 Kelvinator products we had installed recently. They work extremely well on humid days and keep the office areas cool and comfortable.
