Quiet *see notes ; Basic remote ; Easy set up ; Cools quick despite lack of speeds and auto

Noisy *see notes ; By default, turns on to energy saver ; 2 fan speeds, no auto mode

LG LW8014WR

 

Should have purchased older model LW8012WR which has a slightly lower efficiency rating but seems like a better quality unit.

Cools well. Install is easy

Not Quiet at all. Last years model is much quieter. When you power it on it defaults into power saver mode - not to the last mode you had it in-annoying
