Set at 82 degrees in my 30' 5th Wheel trailer, parked in the desert SW, keeps my trailer at around 84 degrees average, with temps outside well over 100 degrees. My electric bill was nothing compared to what it would cost to use the factory roof unit....

Well, I don't have no complains about AC it self. However there was a missing part (Holding bar on top of AC to make window frame hold the AC) I called to CS of manufacturer, and they promised to send me one. Month later I called again they said no...

for the price seems like a very good buy, with an E.E.R. of 11.3 it look like it is worth the minor hassle of the low quality filter and Styrofoam.

Time will tell just how great of a deal this was on sale, but as long as everything holds up its a great AC unit. I've had other 8000btu units and oddly they were quite a bit smaller in physical size and weight. Not necessarily a bad thing.
