Good but not great

 

I have to say I didn't expect that much from this dustbuster, I just wanted it to pick up dirt and pet hair, which it does for the most part, except when the charge is low, and then it wont pick up a single human hair, and over time it holds a charge...

Lasted less than one year

 

My last Dust Buster ran for 7 or 8 years.  It was wearing out so I decided it was time to purchase a new one.  Needless to say, after the good luck with that one I went looking at the B&D Dust Buster brand again.  This unit the CHV1408 has lasted less...

This hand vac has a more streamlined look than some, and although it is close to 5 pounds, I don't find it heavy at all. The 14.4 volts provides good suction, but I have found that the filter clogs fairly easily, especially when vacuuming fine dust ...

Good suction, relatively streamlined form.

Extendable nozzle tends to collapse back into the unit - needs a click lock.
