Saves lots of time compared to a conventional vacuum cleaner, also excellent suction and very handy.

Could not find much to fault this vacuum cleaner as the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had and would buy one again as really pleased with it.

Love the colour and the style and how easy it flows over my carpets .

No very pleased with this cordless vacum

No flex, quite powerful for a battery driven cleaner. Battery charge is more than enough to do weekly clean but almost certainly not enough for a nook and cranny spring clean.

Time consuming to fit and remove tools compared to upright.

Lightness of it means I can easily carry it upstairs without hurting my back. No lead to fall over and yet suction is great.

I have to ask somebody to help me detach unit from handle as I just cannot press the buttons. The top one is really hard.

Plenty of battery time Seems to really pick up the dirt well particularly as I have a dog who sheds hair like there is no tomorrow.

It is difficult to handle and quite heavy if one the higher settings. You push it one way and it wants to go another.

Very easy to use , easy to manouver , charging lasts long , enough to do a 2bed house

Powerful & long run time, picks up well, easy to manoeuvre & of course the best bit - no power cord :-)

Fiddly to convert from floor to tube mode, particularly the handle/power switch end. Needs a longer extension tube to reach high ceilings. Could do with a rack to store the bits when not in use.

At the moment it does seem quite difficult to change the head to the nozzle. Maybe because its new, but the button is quite difficult to press in to release the floor cleaning head, maybe this will ease with use.
