This is a headset that is worth 30 bucks. The mic on mine stopped working 39 days in, so I couldn't RMA it with Newegg. I attempted to contact Genius customer service and I have had no response. Very upset that the customer service is so poor.

My only complaint would be that the headband isn't padded, so it can make the top of your head sore after a few hours. And that's the only thing I can find wrong with it.

We've had this product for less than a week; the wiring is faulty and we will be returning it.

I purchased this headset for my grandson and one of the earpieces broke within 1 month of purchase...it was not repairable. Not a good purchase.

Sound is good, I like the options on them, comfortable, easy to store and easy to use! The only thing I would like to see different, is the length of the microphone, it's a little short. But, other than that, I am extremely satisfied!

I ordered this item online, paid extra for faster delivery and the package was late. When it arrived the right ear cup didn't work at all. I've seen reviews mentioning this issue so I don't recommend this product at all. I instead got the Turtle Beach...

Very excellent headset for the money.

I bought this headset for Skype calls and gaming. When it first arrived, it worked just fine. After about three days, the left side stopped working. In order to fix this problem (temporarily), I had to pull the base of the mic away from the left side....
