Mic had a hum with SB Audigy2zs Snd.Card., & runing xp pro. Returned for defect exchange and the replacement has same problem. Decided to order another model plantronics and it works fine for many months now

Only con is the mic piece is not flexible. Therefore you cannot bend it, however that is not always a bad thing

Don't drop it ; My first pair broke after I threw it at my brother, and my second pair broke after my brother threw on at me. (the fluffy ear piece came off, then the headset split)
