It doesn’t blend as well as other high-performance blenders including the Vitamix 7500. Its high-tech features either cost extra or don’t greatly enhance its abilities.

The Vitamix Ascent 3500 blender’s expensive high-tech tricks won’t thrill you, and neither should its less-than-stellar food blending.
