BROKEN INSIDE SIX MONTHS from light recreational use.

DO NOT BUY A SONY DIGITAL CAMERA or any other electronics product, hey don't stand behind their merchandise. I will be buying a CANNON or NIKON next time.

Takes decent snapshots for a point and shoot.

I have had the camera for six months and it already broke. Two days ago it worked fine and then with no warning, the lense stopped opening up. The customer service was terrible. They were difficult to understand and completely useless.

1080/60i in MP4 and AVC-HD, good low light sensitivity, fast response with class 4 SD card, options for picture and video taking, quality Carl Zeiss lens, high-res LCD, attractive and slim design, lightweight, ability to use Memory Stick or SD media.

Pictures taken can appear somewhat softer. Small controls can be a problem for some.
