love the look, the lift up lid. The upper oven is great for keeping plates warm and useful for small loads

The main oven is much slower than any previous cookers. The food takes much longer to cook than recommended times.

Lid keeps falling down Have had two already and still not right. Unable to clean between the glass doors.

Hob strutts to high have to be careful or pans could slip causing harm

The cooker's glass hood/cover doesn't stay up properly. It hasn't been a year yet and I've had to call repairs twice this year to have it fixed.

it is lacking in depth. I have to use maller baking trays because ones which hold 12 scones are too big. Also need to set oven onemark higher to get requisite temperature. For example if I want to bake at gas mark 4 I have to set it for gas mark 5

When i see it go in the bin

Had nothing but problems with it from the first day i got it
