Easy to use... though I'm not quite sure how it manages to calculate the time for unusual requests like brown rice. Frees up space on the cooker to prepare several dishes at once.

It takes longer than cooking rice on low heat by the absorption method, which is what I used to do.

Easy to use, it's great that you can put on the rice to cook and not have to worry about remebering to check it. Super easy to clean.

It's too big, not worth using to do 1 serving of rice (single person) but brilliant for a family. The rice at the base of the cooker seems to burn.

Quite a good rice cooker and steamer. Very easy to use, clear instructions and measuring cup included. Steamer is great.

Very large for a single person since it requires that you make at least two cups (dry) rice. The cord is very short so I had to keep the machine on the hob, which is not ideal.

None really Other than it's another gadget to store or have on your work tops. BUT if you like rice as much as I do it is a must have.

It's extremely easy to set up and use. The pot is easily cleaned and there isn't any excess water collecting anywhere to make anything messy.

The cover's a bit too simple. The warm setting does not work for too long without getting the rice burned and getting stuck to the bottom of the pot. This is an extremely common problem in rice cookers here though. It seems only the Japanese ones seem...
