Cooks rice fast and rice is tasty Received a replacement (after 10 uses it quit)

Broke after about 10 uses Replacement broke after another 10 uses and was told it was not commercial rice cooker and will not hold up if I eat rice very day. I only have rice one or twice a month.

Rice sticks and wastes at least 1/2cup for 4 cups of rice cooked. Boils over every time.

That's five times that I use and I follow the instructions and each time the rice sticking to the bottom ; And it does not matter the kind of rice that I use

came in with extra meassuring cup and steaming tray would buy a bigger one when i need it. It's good for feeding 15 people this one

This rice cooker boiled over the first time I used it. After keeping it warm for a while, the rice was hard. The 4th time I used it, it died. No lights. Bottom sticker curled up, revealing another label underneath.

Cheap, easy to use and clean.

Very nice Rice cooker. I also make pasta in it to success. Thank you!

Not as good as something really expensive I guess? Then again I'm not the kind that spends 150+ dollars on rice cookers.
