I can't recommend this oven because it arrived without any side rails, so it can't be used. A week later I have not had any indication as to when the missing parts will be delivered. Very frustrating

Visually it looks black rather than white as the surrounds are white but thin and the inside is black but very noticeable through the large glass doors. we wanted a white oven and this actually looks rather dark in our kitchen. but works well

it wasn't complete, despite having all its QA stickers there was a lamp missing from the control panel
