The shutting mechanism of the oven door has not been improved over the years as we had the identical model before this new one and had to replace it because of the failure of the door to shut.

Beware, does not include the gas supply hose so if you don't have one that's an extra expense. Needs to be plugged in to an ordinary socket for electronic ignition. Has screw pipe connection on cooker end so unless you really know what you are doing...

Perfectly adequate & Value-for-money. 'Lightweight construction' relative to its price - you get what you pay for - a cooker with the narrowest width that I could find available to replace a similar original.
