My last equivalent NEFF microwave gave up the ghost after only three years with sole user. So too early to give a verdict..

Love the size of the oven. Also touch controls are great.

Found instruction book difficult to follow.

Look goods, quite teckkie - easy to clean.

Only a small think - It keeps beeping until you actually open the door

Elegant design

Looks excellent and the controls are user friendly the start button looks same as a video player 'play button). Arrived on time as indicated on web site and it was easy to install and it is easy to clean.

I wanted a default of 30 seconds, it has a default of 60 seconds and I could not change it. Every time we use it we have to change it from 60 to 30 secs. This is a small thing - but room for improvement.
