The buttons on it are horrible. I can't press anything without making the whole rice cooker move so I have to use my other hand to hold it back just to get it to stay ; Rice takes a while to cook

By default, rice will be somewhat sticky. You need to like this type of rice cooking. However, with the proper oils and vinegars, this is no longer an issue

We use it three times a week and you can start the rice hours before the meal and it will keep. For serving we just place the whole unit on the table first and finish the other dishes

The 'cup' is not the sandard USA cup size, it is a little smaller. The unit is expensive and the non-stick bowl is starting to peel. The bowl and cover are not dishwasher safe

I never knew rice could taste this good. Such a huge upgrade from my cheap on/off rice cooker. I've been using it almost daily to make rice and Irish oatmeal. It's been perfect every time and having the timer so it's ready and waiting is terrific
