Got this the beginning of the year, havent had any faults yet and does exactly what it's meant to!

This was a replacement for my last one which lasted years and I used it all the time. It is a super easy machine to use clean and put away. It has improved even from when I bought the last one.

I bought this to cook rice in also to use as slow cooker and work a treat also makes good pasta .Bought when I had a discount code so glad I did use it a lot.
