Stackable for easy storage, simple to operate, lovely steamed veggies, etc!

Only downside (but the plus side more than makes up for it!!) is that you need to make sure to put the correct tray on the bottom or too much steam/water escapes...so really its user error!!

I previuosly had one of these for 3 years and eventually it fell to bits but i use it every day and I find it really easy to use and clean

Plastic goes brittle and bits start to break off, but this will happen eventually with all plastic like this

Easy to use and clean. Food cooks evenly, you just have to get used to how long different foods take to cook.

The 3 plastic containers are a little flimsy so may not stand the test of time.

Buzzer sound :( and it goes off when the water level still shows it has 10min left!

you can view how much water is in the tank by viewing the out side guide - no need to remove any of the dishes, the buzzer is also a good reminder!

New stackable design is a good space sving idea. Previos model was difficult to store as I live in a small flat with very little storage available.

Does not indicate how long left to cook. (Not important , I can look at the clock)

Efficient and easy to use.

Not really a bad point - the timer/water took a short time to get used to, but is easy enough.
