The grill can be hard to get used to. i just use oven gloves and turn it off and let it cool a while before removing anything as the door has to be kept closed it keeps warm anyway. delivery came from the manufacturer so took a few weeks.

I like having the two ovens and it is easy to keep clean with just a wipe over

The hob heats up extremely quickly.

The top tarnished on the third use and even after 2 cleans the oven still smells funny when it's opened during cooking. Also, the vents are far too concentrated. It's like a kettle constantly steaming at the back of the hob.

cooks evenly overall a nice cooker

no timer which is a bit of a pain ,and no handle for the grill in top oven which I have always had with my other cookers .
