looks nice and came with a sack and some accessories leaves hair quite soft, prob thanks to ionic and ceramic properties was pretty cheap

seems to have poor power ( I had a feeling it was burning once and after that started working quite slowly cool shot button needs to be pressed all the time instead of just once

Does what it says on the box Wire length is good one of the main reasons for needing a new dryer Various settings Comes with storage pouch which I thought was quite handy Chose this one over the blueberry cos it was less than half the price

Swivel cord is ok however the wire doesn't swivel round only the protective casing around it does, so don't think this was one of it's strong features. I can see the wire getting tangled up if left plugged in but otherwise not a problem if put away...
