This product is worth every penny! This is how i use it: I spray after my shower, to use as a detangeler, then i blow dry and straighten and then a spray all over and brush out and once it soaks in your hair is sooo soft! I definitively recommend.

I use this after I blow dry my hair on the ends.. It is possible to over do it though.. Spray a little at a time. Smells nice. Not overpowering. I don't know if I got any "nutrional" value out of this. But it did soften my hair quite a bit.
