Presentation box a nice touch. Works ok but not perfect had better.

The cover over nozzle glued on (came off within days) just sliding back on but loose. Should be attached via a better means that glue. Glue always perishes with the heat... so not good for presentation of product.

An excellent hairdryer. My daughter is a hairdresser and is very pleased with it.

really good hairdryer 3 heat settings 2 speed setting had my last one of these for 3 years

diffuser not big enough, luckily the one off my old hairdyer fits that is a lot bigger
