I am still learning about the product. However what I have been able to do at this point, the product works well with my current programs. Easy to convert into Excel and email contacts.

Took forever to scan cards. Returned it and got a cardscan. Works 100% better

Actually, I dont use but purchase for staff. I am told that the last one lasted only2 yrs approx, but they still love it!

Software is OK. This is suppose to be a business card scanner. If you have clean black letters on a white card in a standard format then it works OK. But for the 80% of the cards that don't fit that format it doesn't recognize anything. And forget...

Using to scan and file business cards. Unit tends to shut down for no reason after about 10 cards.

Software crashed my computer and Windows do not accept it so you can not download it. Does not read letters correctly as it claims to. some of the info was missing and i had to type it in, which negate the purpose of the scanner.
