Bought 6 of these for a small retail operation and none of them would read anything other then a large print barcode. Very disappointed in the item. New Egg came through with the return/refund and we have ordered the Motorola units now.

Worked right away. Couldn't have been easier.

Scan light doesn't turn off, or I haven't figured out how to. No real instructions, but not really needed. It has one function and does it.

These models of USB scanners work perfectly. They were just plug and play and immediately filled our need. They were not too pricey and worked without much fuss at all

Quality, solid construction - feels solid in the hand; plug and play; scans accurately and quickly. Not an "industrial grade" device, but more that adequate for day to day scanning from small to large jobs.

Needs a little more info/documentation in the programming area - difficullt to make out what some of the functions are for people who don't scan a lot as a matter of course.
