It's larger and more powerful than the previous model we had, having said that the last one lasted 10 without any problems so we thought that was good value for money for a built in microwave.

Only one thing the knob is in front of the on button, so slightly difficult to get too, but we do have the microwave set down below a work surface so it could be that.
