Hotpoint DU2540WH Electric Fan Oven - White

When I installed my new oven noticed a series of scratches above the oven clock I rang hotpoint and reported it straight away and was told I did I'd when I installed it and refused to exchange this product. Very poor service rood staff don't buy !!!!!!

I love this new cooker, features are very plain to see, very efficient, seems to cook very fast. (after using a substitute cooker because of damage to my Hotpoint fan oven) this is great but I am very happy with it and it looks goods in my new kitchen
