Convestion oven heat up time

Under plate heating element causes food to burn on the base - no need for it - wouldnt have bought if i realised you had to use the wire rack which reduced the size of the food to be cooked - shame - but i cant wait for it to break to get a new one :(

Nice design, cooks better than my last microwave, easy to clean

The door release is a bit clunky, just hope it lasts :-)

Functions perfectly, looks good. As a busy mum, it is very reassuring that it cooks perfectly all the time.

steams inside sometimes when cooking - may be this is good or bad - I have no idea.
