Printing quality excellent. Small compact size. Very easy to set up on office computers. Speed seems decent for a smaller office printer, but have not had much experience with them.

Cannot work out duplex scanning FROM the printer. Only remotely, which is a bit annoying when your computer is at the other end of the office!

Nice printer not too big on your desktop. Auto shutdown is nice feature. I use network connection and all works well with Win7 x64bit.

Very heavy, slightly noisier than expected. Scanning to PC is a little fiddly.

Spent lots of time looking at a number of printers and couldn't really find the right one that was able to offer all that I wanted, and was cheap to run - this was the one.
