Doesn't work x2

 

This is a replacement for the 1st one I bought, which failed to work out of the box. Same problem. Will not allow 'set-up' to proceed due to failure to read black ink cartridge as having ink. Always reads it as empty. Straight from the box.

Can't tell you...wouldn't work when I received it

The machine would now recognize the cartridges that were sent with the Copier, Contacted Newegg, and they couldn't help us over the phone. Item is now being sent back, but now I'm in a bind, and have to go out today and pay top retail, because I need...

The printer is great. Exactly as described

The black ink cartridge i received with the printer reported an error post installation. I had to go buy a new ink cartridge after I received it and it worked great

Print Cartridge Was DOA

 

I'd never RMA'd an item before. If I had followed the NewEgg links to print out a label, I'd have had to pay $23.70 shipping up front on a $39.99 printer. I'm still fuzzy how the RMA process works. All in all, I was bound to have something go wrong...

I was looking for an inexpensive printer to handle scanning and very occasional printing...the refurbished F4440 fit the bill perfectly. Installation is easy, print quality is good, photo print quality seems at least adequate. Scanning and copying...

Arrived with a black ink cartridge that was within weeks of expiration...the printer refused to recognize it. My only choice was to RMA the whole thing back or to take a chance and buy a replacement cartridge...I found one for $19.99 with a $20 gift...

solid little all in one

 

No problems with it yet. Hoping it continues. Purchased it for home use and it excels at the little jobs it receives.

decent little printer, a definitely bargain on the re-cert. Being HP, you have to run the advanced functions thru the Solution Center, which I don't like, but the quality of the scans and color prints is good for an inkjet

the cost of HP ink cartridges is ridiculous. new ones cost as much as the printer
