I found the printer to be exceptional. The cd printing is is outstanding, far surpassing the previous versions which epson sold. The paper trays are a little finicky about how the paper is loaded, at least for me. Not a geek.

why didn't you tell me i needed a usb cable, that wasn't included to hook it up? it was very inconvenient.

Works well and really like the flexibility with the wireless connection. Paper tray is a little on the flimsy side.

Should give it all fives but nothing is perfect. CD print without a serperate caddy is definitely a plus. Use with a CIS and am getting flawless photos on many different papers. Like others have said, paper tray is a little on the weak side and feeding...
