The machine is very quiet, but the cutlery drawer seems poorly designed or manufactured. The restraining lugs have both broken off after only 4 months.

its very silent and cleans well. good extra features than the older model we had. the 3 separate strays give more room on the bottom for dishes and bit utensils. really pleased!
