The product was delivered real fast. Then I had a professional install it, to find out it was leaking real bad from underneath. Two weeks and few phone calls later, I am still waiting for the company to send someone to service the unit.

I was completely happy with this dishwasher. However, I didn't use it, so I could not answer some questions. I installed it in one of my rent houses, then left. - I have had NO COMPLAINTS from the renters. That means to me that it works well.

This dishwasher replaced our other 18" in our very small kitchen. It was relatively simple to install. The machine functions adequately.

Very easy to install. For a smaller dishwasher, it does a big dishwasher job. I think it was a very good value for a very reasonable price. Best of all,it's QUIET!

Do not expect this to be an easy install for the novice or beginner. Be prepared to do come carpentry, electrical, and plumbing and consider yourself very lucky if you are only replacing another 18 inch dishwasher.
