difficult to load cups because the utensil rack on the top shelf was on the wrong side when we received the machine. When moved to the other side everything was ok.

Washes OK and is quiet

Nothing fits properly! All my bowls - cereal and soup, that used to fit nicely into my old dishwasher, have to be spaced so far apart that it becomes inefficient i.e. I can't load as much as in my old dishwasher. The upright bits don't extend high up...

Easy to install and door front fit on nicely. Not as small inside as i thought a integrated dishwasher would be, suits our family of five needs well.

Tall glasses and wine glasses do not load very well on the top rack.

Easy to operate. Quieter than I thought it would be. Cleans well.

Manual salt level indicater. Normal wash cycle is quite long - approx 2 hr 25 mins. There is a small audible alarm to let you know that the cycle has finished but unless you're in the kitchen you won't hear it.
