The variation of the wash cycles. Plus the fact that you can easily alter both the temperature & length of cycle. For me the best thing was the countdown display on the wash cycle, meaning you know how long your wash is at any time.

A couple of times I’ve pressed the button to start it & nothing has happened but I accept that it may have been me pressing too lightly.

Easy to use controls, time delay very easy. 28 min cycle been used a lot. We got it at a good price as well.

Fine for us as just a couple, but possibly too small a load for a family.

Occasionally won't start a wash or an extra spin it goes into pause mode, very annoying. Have to switch off at mains for 10 mins, I suppose it must reset it. Or open and close door to make sure door is shut properly. Dodgy door switch maybe.

Need additional spin when using short cycle as can't select max spin on this cycle.
