Had the machine for 6 months when the counter weight shattered. Took Belo 6 weeks to decide the machine couldn't be fixed.

Short washing times for lightly used items is fab - and knowing how long a cycle takes is really useful. Easily adjustable temperatures on all cycles. Good size drum for a family wash load.

The first machine lasted 4 weeks and then we had to have an engineer come out, argue fiercely (and it was 2 days before Xmas) to get them to agree to replace rather than take away and repair - it was a faulty motor - stopped turning. Not great at...

Attractive appliance, great performance on all cycles. Value for money

Having to reprogramme favourite cycle whenever resetting machine after a while. This only takes a minute but default to most-used programme would be great

Didn't have self clean

Large drum, big enough for washing sheets and duvet cover at the same time. I like the 8kg quick wash which only takes 52 minutes on a 40 degree setting.

The fast spins are very noisy.
