When it works.....

 

Good points: this machine has a great drum size so caught up really quickly on the mountain of washing I had.... Bad points: took 2 machines to get one which worked properly and even the 2 nd one needed reprogramming! Still quite loud to what I was...

Excellent quality washes, even on lower spin speeds and temperature. Large drum is highly useful for a big family and the machine is very intelligent - will automatically adjust the cycle according to weight inside the drum, so no need to worry if you...

The control panel is all electronic which can be a bit fiddly and hard to get used to at first, although it is very, very simple to use.

Swallows up massive loads and is very quiet

A control board failed after 4 months of use. Hoover have very poor customer service. Had to wait 3 weeks+ for the repair as they dont keep the parts. Have no faith in Hoover as a brand now.

Always puts brown marks on clothes and Hoover are unable to find a fault. Complete waste of money. Wish I bought something else. Very, very disappointed :(
