The drain and spin cycle is louder than I would have estimated. My last machine was certainly far louder so it's still an improvement but I was nonetheless surprised given that the reviews on the website all mentioned how quiet it was. Outside of that...

It is so quiet!

Different setting for washing and drying.

Drying does not work as well as I thought it would. With that long period of time for drying it should really be dry but still slight wet at the end of drying cycle.

Wash and dry 45 doesn't dry properly

Very quiet machine and large capacity is great. Delay timer very handy as having to do washes overnight now due to length of cycles.

Of 11 wash cycles, only 2 are intended for full 9kg washes, the shortest of which is 3h40mins! Long cycle means clothes are sitting in water much longer and now having problems with colour transfer when I didn’t previously. Socks are getting trapped in...

Immediately tell the difference in build quality between this machine and our last one (iCandy). This machine is quieter, has more options and clothes come out smelling fresher. Worth the extra money.
