There are no bad points I have found with this machine

Low noisy,value for money, does as it says on the tin.

Always water at bottom of door seal at the end of wash, needs to be dried to prevent smelling.

Really good machine. Has all the types of washes you could need. Has a nice side opening compartment for washing liquid and isn't too noisy either.

Many programmes for half capacity weight, also the quick wash one is very useful for articles that just need freshening up

Would have liked a programme with full capacity weight that didn't take as long as three hours, half that time would be ideal
