Loved this washer when it was delivered, nice simple to use and a great range of washes

I buy a lot of hotpoint products and are normally very pleased with them. The issue I normally have is that the the fittings are usually not up to standrad and crack and break. In this case, it was the soap/softener dispenser that went after about 18...

the on / off switch is on the front of the machine and it is very easy to accidentally switch the machine on by leaning against it , so if the machine is under a worktop that is in regular use it is best to have it switched off at the mains socket...

Haven't found any yet apart from the guide, which is a bit complicated at first.

Just one proublem only had it 3weeks and had smoke coming from it waiting for someone to take a look at it not happy at all.

most of my LONG life i have had Hotpoint and have always been pleased

The wretched thing didn't work from day 1 and there were issues over the pick up date. Got a much better deal from Comet. Won't be purchasing anyhthing fro you online again.
