I am very pleased with this product. Although there are set programmes you can pick one then alter it too suit.

I have only had the machine a couple of months but have not found any bad points yet.

No issues so far. A good machine the clothes come out with very little water in them hence less time in the dryer.

Have noticed soap on the clothes sometimes which means putting the clothes back for a rinse. Not sure why it has happened.

Great quality. Lots of different cycles. Very quiet. A great buy - excellent vlaue for money.

The cycles are quite long, but I think this is normal. There are ways to shorten the length of the cycles, but this tends to only be suitable for lightly soiled items. These are niggly complaints really - it is a great machine and I am very pleased so...

It's very quiet.

There is no rinse hold feature - something I use a lot. The wash times are ridiculously long - some of the programmes are 3 hours long.
