Really easy to tailor the cycle to each wash. Great results. Times may seem long, but it's worth the wait; although if you need a short cycle there's plenty ways to get your times down to around an hour.

Non iPhone compatibility. Steam function is a gimmick, and there is no steam!

Steam feature is great, low noise level when spinning.

The door is large but the port hole behind it is small, so it's still hard to get a large item into the machine.

Programmes are great & you can customise each programme to how you want it. I love that it weighs the washing and adjusts the wash accordingly. Also love the steam functions.

Slightly confusing to get the hang of all the buttons and options, and I'm sure I've not worked out all the options yet! But worth it for such a great machine.
