I love the touch controls, they're so responsive and the layout is simple to read. My lady LG machine lasted a good 12 years so I'm delighted with my new upgrade. Very reliable and great quality machine.

It's quieter than our old belt drive machine. Cycle times are good. Quality of wash is very good.

No bad points for us.
