Terrible

 

the biggest wast of money i have ever spent on something DO NOT wast your money on it mine only lasted 4 months befor it startes having problems and its now 1year and its stuffed no longer can be fixed

its easy to use, it tells how long u got till its finished, and it beeps when its finished

its so not a 9kg its only 7kg it takes to long to wash, it dont clean cloths good, allways things get stuck and block drain,

Happy with this machine, very good value, love the massive capacity, washes well even though we drain to the garden. Our average wash takes 35-40 min, but you can choose longer or shorter which is a good feature in this machine - very easy to customize...

HUGE capacity - fits a couple of sleeping bags easily when we get back from camping trips. Can set options such as how much water to use, number of rinses & wash time.

We did have a warranty call out because an unbalanced load triggered it to keep rinsing continuously. Working like a charm since though.

Terrible

 

Don't waste your money buying this as it will be eaten up with washing machine service calls to unblock the drain pipe (at $110 a time!).

Good capacity and no agitator, cheap compared with other 9kg

Design problem with small drain outlet getting even 5c coins stuck and takes technician about an hour to disassemble and get them out
