It is very quiet during a wash cycle. It is very well made.

Miele failed to provide a manual in the machine which made using it rather hit or miss until one was provided, which was not an original document but a photocopy provided from Miele.

Great machine, lot's of different cycles, very quiet and get's the clothes really clean.

It is expensive but you do get what you pay for.

Great appearance and quality build. Lots of programmes to choose from. Is so quiet I have to keep checking that it's going! Worth spending a lot to get the quality.

Drum is a bit too small

I'm happy with this machine since it does the job. I use the express setting with all my normal washes except knitwear. My only snag is it states it's a 8kg load but the drum is too small to be 8kg, my previous Samsung was an 8kg and the drum was a big...
