Hunts for focus at times. Build quality could be better. Not really a lens you want to carry everywhere - can get quite heavy.

Really impressed, great value for money. It works well on my Sony DSLR A330. I'm a keen amateur and I had a low budget and wanted a 70-300mm lens to experiment with and have produced some great images.

Great cost and easy to start shooting from the moment it's on the camera.

Not really bad points but at certain extremes you can get slight blurring at the edges of the shot. But this is a budget lens so it is very hard to be really critical of this
